TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure that your cleaning service meet our standards, please review our terms and conditions. It is essential that the property is left as tidy as possible for us to complete the cleaning effectively. Please be aware that any areas that are untidy or excessively cluttered will not be cleaned.

About Us

We pride ourselves on cleaning to the highest standard using the best quality products and equipment. We are fully insured. We are happy to undertake all aspects of domestic cleaning including deep cleans, regular maintenance cleans, and end of tenancy cleans.

Prices

Our standard prices are charged PH, but jobs may be assessed and quoted at an overall price.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If there is any aspect of our work that you are not happy with, please get in touch with us as soon as possible within 24 hours of the clean and we will rectify the issue as soon as we can. We do not provide refunds.

Before we start cleaning

It is not always essential to see the job before work is carried out but providing an accurate description really helps us work out the time will we need to carry the work out up to our high standard. After the first visit it may be advised that we require more or less time, but this can be discussed ongoing, and we can be flexible to suit the customers' needs.

On the day

We respectfully ask that, if possible, the property is vacated during the clean. If not, we are happy to move around you but do ask that you give us as much space as possible to allow us to be able to work effectively. We will do our best to clean under and around large furniture, however, we are unable to move large or heavy items such as wardrobes and sofas. If there  an item of furniture that you would like cleaned under, you are welcome to move it out before the clean.

Where possible, please ensure that the home is as tidy as possible. This helps us to use our time to clean rather than clearing up.

We are unable to clean properties where there is an infestation (e.g. rodents or fleas)

Payment

Full payment is required once the clean is complete and you are happy with the service that we have provided. We will send you a link to follow to pay via bank transfer.

Photos and Social media

We occasionally take before and after photos for our records and we may ask you if you would mind if we shared on social media. This is completely at your discretion.

Working Hours

We mainly carry out our work within school hours but please feel free to contact us anytime.

Your Cleaner

We try our best to keep you to your regular cleaner, but this is not always possible due to sickness/childcare/holiday etc. All our cleaners follow the same guidance and clean to the same standard but due to the nature of the work, is not always identical to another’s work.

Cancellations

We endeavour to never cancel your clean unless completely necessary and will give you as much notice as possible.

If you need to cancel you clean, please give us as much notice as possible. Any cleans cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the full price. If you, or anyone in your household are too poorly to go to work or school, please contact us ASAP to cancel the clean.

If we cannot access the property as pre-arranged, the clean will still be charged at full price.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours ' notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled time slot will be applied.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If our standards for satisfaction are not met, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. However, we are pleased to provide you with a complimentary cleaning service and a different member of staff.

 

Please keep in mind that each cleaner has their own unique approach and methods.
